La Paloma Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Athletic Club Concierge. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The purpose of this position is to create a sense of welcome and arrival for all members and their guests headed to the Athletic Club facility and racquet courts.

Key Responsibilities of the Concierge:

• Assists guests with questions and concerns, makes suggestions, and identifies possible solutions.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Responsible for processing court reservations, collecting fees and proactively controlling the flow of members and their guests into the facility.
• Has a good understanding of the rules and regulations of the country club.
• Meets and greets all members and their guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Responsible for daily operations of the racquet sports and the online court reservations
• Responsible for answering the phone and providing appropriate information to members.
• Keep driving courts clean, picked and keep water containers clean and filled.
• Enforce all facility rules and policies in a consistent and professional manner.
• Constant communication with facility manager.
• Maintains good personal hygiene and clean work environment.
• Assisting with requests, and questions.
• Ability to fully explain all club products, services, and other information about the facility to all members and their guests.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to change.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed

• Ability to be on your feet for up to 35-40 hours per week.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact in a friendly, personal, and professional manner with members and guests regarding concerns, problems, or any other significant issues.
