We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in our organization, as the Maintenance Person plays a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and address any urgent issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

```Skills```
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience using software for tracking maintenance activities desired
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and address their maintenance needs
- Maintenance: Skilled in performing general maintenance tasks such as basis electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
- English: Proficient in written and verbal English communication
