Summary of Position:

Our National Training Manager is responsible for presenting and training at local/regional events and assist district and territory managers in conducting training at retail locations or coaching full-time, part-time and new hires.

Success in this role is tied to great interpersonal and influencing skills that are coupled with an outgoing personality.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze training needs, to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs in partnership with client
• Lead field training activities within US and Canada
• Execute and facilitate Epson-built content at key retailers
• Lead Epson training team to execute and facilitate at key retailer events
• Execute at training events at Epson’s request

Qualifications: 

• Must have at 3 years’ worth of experience in the retail or sales industry
• Must be able to travel within a designated sub-market
• Must have strong time management skills
• Must have a clean driving record; proof of automobile insurance is required
• Must be flexible with scheduling
• Must be able to work independently and lead teams in training sessions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be willing to adhere to retail hours. Flexibility and the willingness to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekends and holidays is required
