The Testing Department Administrator is the glue that holds our team together! You'll provide exceptional customer to our clients and internal team, ensuring everyone's on the same page. You'll also manage department processes, data, and reporting, keeping everything organized and efficient. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships.

- Calendar Maestro: You'll manage the testing calendar, keeping everyone informed of assignments and deadlines.
Here's what you'll need to be successful:- 2 years of administrative experience: You're a pro at keeping things organized and running smoothly.
- High school diploma or equivalent: You've got the foundation for success!
- California Driver's License and proof of auto insurance: There may be occasional errands or off-site meetings.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:This role is primarily performed in an office environment. Here's a breakdown of the physical demands:
- Sitting or standing for extended periods (4 hours)
- Walking, bending, stooping
- Using hands, fingers, and wrists for repetitive motions (e.g., typing)
- Hearing and speaking clearly
- Occasionally moving or transporting items up to 20 lbs.
