Security Foreman: Lead Your Team to Installation Success

We're looking for a Security Foreman to oversee the installation and programming of security solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, and Burglary systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Here's what you'll do:- Manage and lead a team of security system installers
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
- Ensure adherence to project plans and safety protocols
- Oversee installation of security systems, identifying any potential issues
- Train and develop your team on industry standards and products
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation
To be considered you must have:- 10 years experience in security system installation
- Ability to program CCTV systems and/or access control systems
- 4 years of leadership experience
Additional requirements:- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance
- Ability to work weekends and OT, as needed
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and low-voltage wiring
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bonus points for:- Experience with specific security brands (Lenel, Honeywell, etc.)
- Punctuality and a positive attitude
Physical Demands & Work Environment:- Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
- Move/transport/install/remove items weighing 50 pounds
- Drive for 2 hours in a work shift/day
- You may work at extreme heights occasionally, and an indoor environment under all temperature variations. Confined spaces may occasionally be required.
- Work is performed on construction sites, in commercial buildings, high rise buildings, and/or hospitals with patient contact.
We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all California locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
