Customer Service Representative-Medical Office

Purpose of Job: The Customer Service Representative greets patients as they enter our facilities, completes patient intake activities utilizing iPads and paper, verifies insurance, schedules patients, and may assist with telephone coverage throughout the day.

Essential Functions:

• Customer Service with a friendly demeanor
• Computer savvy
• Solution-oriented

Education:

• High School graduate

Experience:

• Prefer 1 year experience in a customer-service environment; medical experience is helpful but not mandatory

Other Skills:

Computer skills required
