Qualified candidates must be bilingual and ability to work PT (20-25 hours weekly M-F) with possibility of increased hours during the summer months.

Essential Duties:

Our Member Solutions Representative's (ITM Tellers) will be responsible for accurate and efficient performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). Educate members so to make them comfortable and capable of using interactive technology. Our ITM Tellers will process member transactions via phone, video and electronic correspondence. Efficiently handle all member inquiries. Promote positive and productive working relationships with our members. All ITM Tellers have ability to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and provide referrals.
