Description: We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer with a specialization in technical support to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background and excel in providing support to users, resolving technical issues, and implementing solutions. While junior desktop support staff are available for basic hardware issues, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for addressing more complex technical challenges and guiding users through technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Evaluate data presented in various formats, such as Excel spreadsheets, and recommend solutions using platforms like Salesforce to optimize processes .
• Develop and manage SharePoint sites to streamline data organization and collaboration.
• Design and implement Access databases, leveraging basic SQL queries for data manipulation and extraction .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system-related issues and implement effective solutions.

• Proficiency in Salesforce for data evaluation and solution recommendation.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint for site creation and management.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Proficiency in Access for database design and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
