Triumph Hospitality LLC is Hiring a Regional Director of Operations Near Antioch, TN

Regardless of position, we look for individuals who are passionate about providing genuine heartfelt care to our guest and employees.

Location: Our corporate office is located in Antioch, TN. This role will split time between the office, remote work from home, and time spent visiting all of our hotel in Tennessee. These trips will be mostly day trip, overnight travel will be rare.

Description:
Manages the overall operation of multiple hotels through maintaining established cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Examines, analyzes, and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies by performing the following duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer service, leading by example and setting passionate service culture. Responds quickly to changing market conditions and revises strategies accordingly. Actively participates in sales discussions, meetings and plans. Knows key accounts and business base. Promotes hotel's policies and philosophies to employees and guests through direct and indirect interaction.
  • Participates in creation of the hotel's annual budget and monitors the performance of the hotels throughout the year. Produces monthly financial reports and knows at all times where the hotels stand against budget.
  • Assists with human resources functions of the hotel by recruiting, controlling turnover, motivating employees, focusing on employee development and retention and conducting regular employee meetings. Lead a high performance team by effectively coaching and developing employees, fostering teamwork within and across the organization.
  • Protects the hotel and its assets through enforcing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program and other safety programs.
  • Implements programs that meet corporate goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular property visits to ensure brand and ownership standards are being met.
  • Monitor property brand performance, quality assurance audit results, and social media reputation; assist with addressing areas for improvement.
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dressing.
  • Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates.
  • Ensures hotel is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws, including OSHA, EEOC, Wage Hour and Health laws.
  • This position may be required to fill in as onsite property General Manager in the event of termination or resignation of a General Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A proven track record as a successful hotel General Manager is required. Strong sales and marketing background, a keen understanding of financial reporting and cost controls, excellent communication, and supervisory skills are required. This position is directly responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance to general managers, departmental managers, and hotel team members.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
