Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects located within the greater Cincinnati area.
• Full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of projects to ensure a high level of quality and safety, and profitability.
• Supervision, direction, communication and development of the project team.
• Develop overall project plan and set expectations for the project team.
• Direct and align manpower resources to meet execution goals.

• Maintain customer relationships by staying engaged with the customer throughout the project.

• Communicate with customer, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise throughout the phases of the project.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills.
• 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Superior organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in variety of Commercial/Industrial projects.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required with experience on projects ranging from $250,000 to $10,000,000.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools, and various scheduling software required.
