Reception Clerk

State and federal contractor looking for a professional, organized, and efficient Reception Clerk with a quick learning curve. Individual must be a detail-oriented critical thinker who is able to multi-task and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

Minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience (preferred in construction industry)
Ability to pass drug screening (at time of hire and randomly while employed)
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Daily attendance
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or better), Outlook, and Word
Ability to create and maintain organizational systems
Light Accounts Payable work
Answer phones, route calls, and take messages
Email correspondence, file documents, and operate basic office machines
Ability to multi-task in high volume work environment
Ability to take initiative to learn new and tasks and take direction willingly
Positive and professional attitude
Independent thinker, organized, and responsible
