Purchasing Agent/Customer Service Support

Tri-State Printing – Hagerstown, MD 21740

Tri-State Printing is growing! We are adding to our dynamic team and are currently looking for a Purchasing Agent/Customer Service Support. The ideal candidate will strive to enhance the print buying experience of existing customers and prospects; responding in a quick and friendly manner to all inquiries. The PA/CSS will also research and order items of apparel for customers for embroidery and screen printing. The Customer Service Support person will work closely with the CSRs. Work with a team that offers a friendly work culture, competitive wages and great working conditions!

Essential Skills Needed

Print experience favored

Purchasing agent skills favored

Excellent communication skills: telephone, electronic and face-to-face

Good time management skills

Detail-Oriented

Able to manage multiple tasks within the work day with ease

Problem solver: able to work with customers and co-workers to resolve questions and concerns

Work well with others – good team member

Computer skills

Full-Time Position

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Monday through Friday

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location:

One location – no remote work
