Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance and repairs of X-ray equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, electronics background and problem-solving skills. This will include support for reactive service calls, planned maintenance, and calibrations in a medical environment. A major goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfactions are maintained at the highest level possible.

Responsibilities:
Install, conduct routine maintenance and inspections of Medical Imaging Equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and networking issues. Repair or replace faulty components or parts. Install new equipment as needed. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Document all service activities. Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service. Moderate physical demands are required occasionally.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability preferred, but willing to train. Must have a Valid US Driver's License.

Experience:
Electronics experience is a plus. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence. Familiarity with electronics, electrical systems and low voltage applications is a plus, but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
