• Monitor and verify receipt of new credit applications
• Review credit applications for complete and accurate information
• Process credit applications and new customer account setups in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Verifies accuracy between credit application and customer set up in ERP system
• Maintains all customer records
• Research and respond to customer inquires after customer statements are distributed
• Manages sales tax exemption certificate collection and expiration processes
• Makes recommendations to customer set up policies and procedures
• Manage receipt and processing of NSF checks
• Electronic indexing of all customer records
• Assist Collections Specialist with national account management
• Prepare deposits
• Posts payments
• Maintain spreadsheets in excel
• Prepare credit & collections letters
• Notifies customers of past due balances
• Processes credit card payments

• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and the Internet
• Experience working in an Epicor P21, or equivalent ERP (not required)
• Email experience, Outlook preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
• Proactive and able to work independently
