Job Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will transport patients to and from the endoscopy in a safe and efficient manner.
• Your will maintain adequate supply of linen/supplies for endoscopy.
• Your role performs routine cleaning and environmental maintenance for areas, not serviced by EVS
• Your role assists with answering the phone and preparing other minor office duties (copies, putting together packets, etc.)
• You will sssist in keeping info up to date on schedule board (patient arrival, patient discharge)
• You may run errands and serves as messenger as needed
• You will transport specimens to pathology and lab as needed

What qualifications you will need:

• Preferably have medical knowledge/experience and experience in environmental cleaning in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification
• New employees have up to 90 days from date of hire to obtain the American Heart Association BLS for healthcare providers.
