We are a fast-paced pediatric and orthodontic office looking for another team member to help with daily front office duties.

Our ideal candidate is a positive team-player who is great at multi-tasking and is committed and reliable.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Checking out and posting correct procedures
• Scheduling next-visit appointments
• Working non-scheduled reports to fill the schedule if necessary.
• Collecting co-pays
• Answering phones
• Verifications for insurance
• Inputting insurance plans into the patients' chart
• Other duties as necessary

One of the positions will also have an additional role as the Surgery Center Coordinator. This person will be in charge of sending pre-authorizations for surgery cases and coordinating with the Surgery Center for scheduling.

Operating hours are currently Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Candidate must have dental experience. Bonus: Denticon experience and dental assisting experience.

Pay is based on experience.
