Job Summary and Qualifications

The Parking Attendant is responsible for monitoring and enforcing the CMC Parking Policy. Attendant patrols the campus to ensure adequate and proper parking. The Parking Attendant is also responsible for providing escorts for patients and visitors.

• Assist and direct patients, visitors, employees, physicians and others on campus
• Respond to calls related to Parking; including but not limited to customer service events as needed on-shift.
• Direct staff, patients, visitors, etc. in the event of an internal or external disaster, fire, or other emergency.
• Maintain secure and professional communications and radio procedures.
• Drive company vehicles on private and public roadways as required.
• Enforce and maintain Parking posts as required.
• Write professional and clear reports pursuant to incidents as required.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Valid/unrestricted Tennessee Drivers License

• Clean driving history
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook/Excel/Word
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
