Job Summary:

A premier primary care practice at TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic adult primary care advanced practitioner to join an established group located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Ability to practice autonomously
• Experience with chronic disease management preferred
• Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

Practice Setting:

• Multi-specialty group practice with 33 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers
• Join 14 established adult primary care physicians and 4 advanced practitioners
• Schedule Monday – Thursday 8:00-4:30p; Friday 8:00-12 noon
• Outpatient only
