TriSource is seeking CMT/DSPs to begin working within a Residential Group Home located in Waldorf, MD.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with a vulnerable population/ within a group home or community day program for adults
• Active CPR and First Aid
• DDA training (can provide)
• MANDT Certification
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma/ GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADL's based on individuals needs
• Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Medication monitoring
• Properly completing all MAR's for the clients

Schedule:

• Tuesday- Saturday 3p-11p
• Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p
