Triskelion is happy to announce the opportunity to hire a Registered Associate Counselor or Marriage and Family Therapy for our office. Our office focuses on wellness and health. We enjoy working in a collaborative relationship and are most focused on finding the best fit for new providers to the practice. We practice in a unique office setting that is tranquil and we enjoy working together.

This is an employed/salaried/exempt W2 position.

The Associate will be expected to see a minimum of 20 patients per week during the hours that the clinic is open and when a Supervisor is in the office. The associate may elect to do more, which would increase compensation, however. Telehealth is an option for our patients, but the Associate must do this from the office and not from home in order to ensure the availability of adequate supervision.

Formal Supervision will be every two weeks, in addition to one meeting with all providers in the office one time per month. More is available if needed/requested.

Costs, equipment, malpractice, and administrative support are all included. All billing, insurance, and scheduling are handled by the office staff.

Compensation is a "base bonus" structure with a minimum but no maximum. Bonus is based on actual revenue received for work.

4 weeks of PTO per year, 6 paid holidays.

Job Summary: Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, whether cognitive, effective, or behavioral, within the context of marriage and family systems. Apply psychotherapeutic and family systems theories and techniques in the delivery of services to individuals, couples, and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed nervous and mental disorders.
