TriQuest Christian Academy is Hiring an Early Childhood Educator Near Smyrna, GA

About us

TriQuest Christian Academy is a Christian elementary school that immerses students in the love and truth of the gospel while motivating excellence and innovation. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our community. You will help us provide a safe and nurturing environment for a class of up to 8 students while promoting spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual development.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach and demonstrate faith in Christ
  • Plan effectively
  • Implement and differentiate the curriculum
  • Communicate respectfully and regularly with parents
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance
  • Use leave in a responsible manner
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Manage the classroom effectively
  • Engage and motivate students
  • Demonstrate a commitment to above-average student growth
  • Complete requirements on time
  • Work collaboratively

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and relationship with Christ
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Teacher's certificate or 18 semester hours of related professional development
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching or equivalent experience
  • Able to do the routine physical activities to fulfill the job responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
