Tripp’s Collision opened its doors for the very first time in 1988, with Phil and Barb Tripp at the helm of this family business. What started as a small venture turned into the a leading collision facility providing safe, exceptional repairs to our Michigan customers.

Tripp's is well into our fourth decade of growing our business. In that time, we have not only managed to scale our body shop operations, but even more importantly, we have grown our community and our family.

Phil and Barb are parents to six sons and grandparents to 19 grandkids, and the second generation of the Tripp family works alongside Phil and Barb, supporting and growing the business together.

Today, Tripp’s Collision is a multi-million dollar, award-winning body shop our best to build a safer community for our family, friends, and loyal customers.

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and assisting customers with any inquiries or complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
