We are in growth mode and are looking for like-minded individuals who have a passion for people and want to contribute to our mission. To fulfill that goal, we are currently looking for a Clinical Services Manageer to serve as the external face of Triple C in the community.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the day to day supportive housing operations. This position coordinates activities with the services team, and interfaces with property management, facilities, and fiscal department(s) to ensure outstanding support for consumers served. Supervises assigned staff and provides strict oversight of administrative functions to support the services team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Communicate, coordinate and ensure compliance with Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and other governing bodies, in accordance with agency policy and procedures.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Programs (DOP), develops, amends, and implements agency strategic plan, and policies and procedures; guides the development and implementation of agency systems and operations to achieve effective and efficient workloads and workflow processes involving the residential programs.
  • Promote wellness and recovery activities using evidence based best practices (EBP) inclusive of Motivational Interviewing (MI), Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), Wellness and Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), and Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) and train/support staff in utilizing EBP.
  • Ensures continuity of critical services such as, medical, psychiatric/psychological and auxiliary services, upon placement; works closely with clinicians, RN and community healthcare providers. Teaches and trains staff on how to actively attend to consumer needs.
  • Strives to improve the overall quality of healthcare for each consumer/family services.
  • Practices total quality management and reinforces accountability with the team; manages performance outcomes and coaches for maximum performance impact to improve the quality of life of the program recipients and agency mission.
  • Participates in visits to state and county psychiatric hospitals; trains staff on consumer transition process to the community. Prepares and processes “discharge” consumer(s), via requests for past history documents, and all related communication, paperwork, and follow-up.
  • Performs personnel management activities inclusive of hiring, performance coaching and counseling, and succession planning.
  • Assist consumer with administrative process of “move-in”, to include, income verifications, housing vouchers/assistance, and utility account set-ups.
  • Provide supervisory guidance to staff of assigned programs.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required, in accordance with agency policy, being available to respond to emergencies.

Requirements for successful candidates:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, counseling, or other related behavioral healthcare or counseling program.
  • Practitioner of the healing arts (including, but not limited to: licensed social worker, licensed rehabilitation counselor, licensed professional counselor, licensed associate counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT must have one year experience in community behavioral health setting or CPRP).
  • Solid understanding of administrative and clinical interface in delivering community support services in Supportive Housing Programs.
  • ·Strong management background with supporting staff, working with ECR/Electronic Health Records; tracking productivity and compliance monitoring.
  • Highly effective at managing staff development to support program expansion.
  • Possess valid driver’s license with driving history compliant with Agency policy
  • Possess First Aid and CPR certification; agency will provide certification if necessary.
