**Position Summary:**

The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the public image and promotion of our television channels. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can design and implement effective marketing initiatives from scratch that resonate with our diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a passion for television, and a deep understanding of digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- **Marketing Strategy Development: ** Create, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all television channels under our company's portfolio, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and business objectives.

- **Weekly Marketing Initiatives:** Develop and implement innovative weekly marketing initiatives aimed at increasing viewership and engagement across our channels. This includes special promotions, events, and cross-channel campaigns.

- **Social Media Management:** Oversee the company's social media presence, crafting engaging content, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance to enhance engagement and grow our audience.

- **Content Collaboration:** Work closely with the content production teams to ensure marketing initiatives accurately represent and support our programming.

- **Audience Insights:** Utilize market research and analytics tools to gather insights about our audience's preferences and behaviors. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and content creation.

- **Partnership Development:** Identify and forge strategic partnerships with other media entities, brands, and influencers to amplify our reach and content distribution.

- **Budget Management:** Allocate and manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing management, preferably in the television, entertainment, or media industry.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content marketing.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and brand development.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
