Triphase Technologies is a high-end custom electronics company located in Zionsville, Indiana. We are known for our innovative designs and installation of high-quality audio, video, security, surveillance, networking, lighting control, shade control, interior design and “white-glove” services. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, experienced Technology Sales / Design Consultant to join our team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with homeowners to understand their technology needs and develop a custom AV technology proposal suitable for their project
• Present accurate proposals and quotes to clients, including detailed specifications and pricing
• Ability to negotiate terms of sale with clients to close deals
• Understand and develop the requirements, scope, and objectives of the bid
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with builders, architects, vendors, and clients within the industry to generate new leads
• Develop and gain proper approval of change orders throughout the progression of the project as needed
• Stay up to date with industry trends and products by attending trade shows, vendor meetings, and local networking events
• Coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders to assist in a smooth implementation of the A/V System
• Assist in identifying and creating solutions to project obstacles and challenges
• Own full cycle sale process from intake of opportunity through closing
• Preserve customer and client confidentiality

Additionally, we prefer the ideal candidate to:

• Experience with A/V components and associated equipment with previous sales experience in the

Audio/Visual Industry is highly preferred • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Sales) or have equivalent Sales work experience with a proven track record

• Interact with both internal and external customers in a professional, customer service-oriented manor
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Communicate intelligently with technicians, co-workers, builders, vendors, and clients
• Be committed to quality and exceeding customer expectations
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and engage others
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines through strong time management skills
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Flexibility to work outside of regularly scheduled hours which may include weekends and out of town work
• Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
