Tripalink is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team on a part-time basis. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within a fast-paced startup environment. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support Tripalink's growth initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to schedule interview appointments.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and updating candidate records.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing files, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Availability to work part-time with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend assignments.

The estimated salary for this role is $18 per hour.
