Trinstar LLC is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Batavia, NY

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the designated market
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical sales support
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Account management experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Salary: $32,000.00 - $63,500.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus

  • Batavia, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
