Trinity Surfaces is Hiring a Pricing Specialist Near Ocala, FL
- Manages daily incoming request volume activity and quote processing.
- Evaluates customer’s needs and assists in their decision-making process for material requirements, applications, and lead times.
- Evaluates current workload prioritizes and organizes based on need by & urgency.
- Builds customer relationships by acting as the liaison between the customer, sales rep. and supplier for pricing, quotes, and/or issues.
- Entry of Quotes into P21 and linking opportunity to the Quote. Maintains P21 for tracking and reporting - quotes versus orders received.
- Supports cross-departmental questions regarding pricing and existing quotes.
- Communicates any discrepancies to Pricing Team to help ensure all tile & non-tile manufacturers’ price lists, part numbers and prices in P21 are current and accurate.
- Reviews National Account program for budget pricing. Maintain related templates in P21.
- Has knowledge of supplier’s products, websites and contacts and attends product seminars as available.
- Acts as a product pricing resource to Trinity Surfaces Sales Representatives.
- Maintains a high awareness of incoming phone calls and emails to ensure all are answered promptly and professionally.
- Checks voicemail frequently to make certain calls are returned in an acceptable time frame.
- Ensures all non-tile sales orders are forwarded to manufacturers with accurate pricing and confirmed within 24 hours.
- Evaluates project scope, determines pricing based on lead time needs/profitability, works with suppliers on special price requests & ensures all SPR’s are captured in P21 for Customer Service.
- Assists corporate personnel as required with questions on tile and non-tile side of our business.
- Communicates updated pricing with sales team and pricing administrator.
- Maintains a positive, healthy relationship with our manufacturers and their personnel.
- Serves as a back-up to the customer service team on an as needed basis.

- Resourceful: Fully utilizes all resources available to perform job duties and inspire surface solutions..
- Customer service experience
- Ability to compute mathematical equations
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to all requests
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
