Job Title: Data Integrity Associate

Job Objective: The Data Integrity Associate maintains our item library in the company’s ERP by standardizing, maintaining, and correcting information within the system. The Data Integrity Associate follows an activity plan format which requires regular evaluation to assure that activities are effectively providing accurate to date information to be readily available to all users. Maintaining and updating part numbers, customers, and vendor information.

Daily Tasks:

Ensures all internal price lists are current and accurate.
Responsible for managing, updating, and standardizing items.
Ensure all data field within items are updated and standardized in the ERP.
Responsible for removing or merging duplicate part numbers and contacts within ERP.
Update Items within ERP to ensure correct items are listed on internal and agent price lists.
Update Items within ERP to ensure correct items are listed on Samples APP.
Update Items within ERP to ensure correct items are listed on B2B Site.
Update Items within ERP to ensure correct items are listed on Marketing Websites with pictures if needed.
Work on systems and projects as needed and directed by the Director of IT.
Communicates with Marketing Dept to get updates on private label items.
Communicate with IT Manager to provide update on completion of imports, cost updates and packaging changes.
Assistance in the documentation, planning, and requirements to new or improved automated solutions for the data team and across the organization.
Communicates with Purchasing on new products to denote initial stocking items and profile.
Communicates with Marketing on discontinued items to ensure system is updated accordingly.
Assists Marketing ant IT/Asset Administrator on major marketing releases to ensure data is entered and updated accordingly.

General Administrative

Ensures proper structure and proper testing of items is used when building items and item imports before deploying to production.
File creation and validation using but not limited to SQL Server, MS Excel, MS Access.
Maintains advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and P21.

Qualifications:

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high-level of quality and accuracy
Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines
Must have organizational and time management skills and work with a sense of urgency
Epicor’s Prophet 21 ERP experience preferred
Knowledge of SQL server preferred
