Trinity Solar is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, career-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Operations Associate must have a passion for the industry, company culture and be able to handle high volume tasks while adapting to industry changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Compose contract pricing details and designs for our Direct Sales team.
• Compose pre-sale contract pricing and design revisions.
• Compose and process all post-sale contract pricing and design changes.
• Review and process all sold contracts.
• Update our database to reflect the sold contract details and all other pertinent information.
• Review all supporting documentation and process it accordingly.
• Process and follow up on all finance partner related tasks.
• Follow up on all projects that may have missing items or information.
• Follow up and respond to all forms of communication (emails, chatters, and phones)
• Complete all job functionalities in a timely manner.
• Effectively meet deadlines and goals
• Responsible for retention of all department policies and procedures, including any changes that occur.

• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Must be dependable and reliable.
• Must be able to work in a group setting and independently.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess ability to grasp new concepts quickly and effectively.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent changes.
• Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, and a team player.
• Intermediate computer and technology skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Relations Management systems is desirable but not required.
