We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable candidate to lead a team of entry-level sales representatives. You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process, generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar.RESPONSIBILITIESRun daily sales meetings and trainings as required.Use a variety of computer and app-based applications to analyze office and rep performancesLead from the front by setting qualified leads for solar appointmentsRecruit from company ads and personal referrals. Run interviews and hire based on office growth goals.Monitor rep growth and assess specific needs of reps.
