Trinity Roof Inspections is Hiring a Home Inspector Near Worcester, MA

Trinity Roof Inspections is an established and reputable roof inspection company. We work directly with insurance carriers to perform ladder assists on high / steep roofs. Our roof inspectors perform a storm assessment of the insured property and then present findings to our company's headquarters location to generate the report and send it to the insurance company.

We hire inspectors to perform roof inspections. We supply the jobs (typically between 5-12 jobs per week).

Responsibilities of a Home Inspector / Roof Inspector

  • To be organized and thorough during the inspection.
  • Turn in documents in a timely manner.
  • Punctuality of keeping assigned appointments.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.

Overall Daily Tasks of a Roof Inspector

  • Travel to assigned roof inspection.
  • Arrive on time to scheduled roof inspection.
  • Take overview and specific photos of the location, storm related damages, etc.
  • Sketch and Measure the roof components.
  • Report findings to the company headquarter.
  • Scan created documents and input into company database.

Requirements of a Home Inspector / Roof Inspector

  • Capable of getting on steep & high roofs.
  • Capable of setting up a 32-foot extension ladder.
  • Have or be willing to purchase a truck or SUV year 2000 or newer.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must have or be willing to purchase a computer and smart phone.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Driven to fulfill customers' needs.
  • Must be willing to obtain industry standard certification over time; already possessing certifications is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
  • accessing high/steep roofs: 1 year (Preferred)
