JOB SUMMARY The Speech-Language Pathologist plans, conducts and evaluates the treatmentprogram for individuals with disorders in the comprehension and production ofspeech and language, as set forth by the American Speech-Language and HearingAssociation. Under the direction of the attending physician, theSpeech-Language Pathologist provides assessment and treatment of cognitive andswallowing disorders.
QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed, registered or certified by the state in which the Speech-LanguagePathologist resides or practices speech pathology. Certificate of ClinicalCompetence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
