Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Spanish language and culture, with the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons to inspire students.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum guidelines and educational needs of students.
- Teach Spanish language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods.
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress, areas for improvement, and achievements.
- Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding of Spanish-speaking countries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall language program.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Spanish Teacher or in a similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying proficiency levels.
- Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and techniques.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to promote diversity in the classroom.
- Certification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language is preferred.
