**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse age groups and be enthusiastic about teaching dance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging dance and lessons for students of various ages and skill levels

- Create lesson plans that align with curriculum goals and student needs

- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their dance techniques

- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

- Collaborate with other instructors to plan performances and events showcasing student talents

**Skills:**

- Experience in lesson planning for dance classes

- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques

- Ability to work with children and adults in a classroom setting

- Familiarity with curriculum development for dance education

- Background in early childhood education or special education is a plus
