Trinity collaborates with retirement plan sponsors and their associated financial professional in delivering a highly effective administration and compliance solutions for their employer sponsored retirement plan. Requirements What our Talent Management and Events Coordinator is responsible for:
Maintain overall recruitment strategy with continual process improvement.
Full-cycle talent management and sourcing.
Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and various talent acquisition channels.
Team member onboarding.
Lead event planning to support employee development and experience company wide.

Team player and great positive attitude is a must.
Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as external stakeholders.
Must Haves:
Residence in Northeast Ohio.
Proven experience with talent acquisition and recruiting.
High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree in related field, preferred.
Well-developed verbal and written communication and listening skills.
Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Discipline and drive to stay focused and motivated. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
