We manage a mixed-income, mixed-use portfolio of vibrant housing communities. 

Our Porter maintains a high-quality level of cleanliness in all parts of the site, including building’s common areas, offices, interiors, vacant apartments, grounds and parking areas. Responsibilities of the Porter include trash removal, general cleaning, removal of debris and upkeep of sidewalks throughout the seasons. The Porter will support the rest of the team in removing items from vacant units and by reporting any maintenance repairs to the management office.

A successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness. They will also have experience using an array of janitorial tools including floor buffers, steam cleaners, washers and snow removal equipment. The physical demands of this position include frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds.

Specific logistical details include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ability to work nights and weekends
• 40 hours per week
• 15 days Paid Time Off
