Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor care, buffing, industrial cleaning, and other custodial duties. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Maintain and clean floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with supplies
- Handle cleaning tasks in both office and public settings
- Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Experience:
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of floor-care techniques including buffing
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
