Description The average rate for this position is... 16.00 Residential Technician Senior The Residential Technician Senior is responsible for the scheduling, training, and mentoring of the Residential Technicians serving in the youth substance use treatment center. In this role, you will assist with client check-ins upon admission, strip beds as needed, and assist in self-medication tasks. You will support nurses with vital signs and intake, check and maintain unit cleanliness, transport clients, and pick up supplies/charts. You will need to have the skill and ability to utilize verbal and physical intervention when necessary to ensure safety of clients and other staff. In this role, you will report potentially unsafe conditions and always ensure confidentiality. You will ensure compliance with duty sheets on every shift, report issues to Operations Team Leader, and assist with all regular tasks of a Residential Technician by providing individualized, trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically competent services. You will impact youth and their families as well as the community by providing support so youth receive the treatment they seek. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma OR GED AND 1 year experience in a substance use treatment-related field. Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with one year experience in a substance use treatment-related field preferred. Spanish-speaking a plus. Carry and lifting requirements 15-25 pounds.
