Trinity Rail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of a 2nd shift Senior Welder in our Shell Rock, IA location.
As a 2nd shift Welder at Trinity, you’ll apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual, automatic welding, and/or semi-automatic welding equipment. Hours are Monday – Friday from 2p-10:30p.
What you’ll do:
- Perform repairs to subassemblies for final product
- Perform oxy-fuel welding
- Perform carbon arc welding
- Conduct one or two NDE tests
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
