Construction Administrator

About us:

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that provides high quality demolition and environmental services. We have been in business over 16 years and have over 100 years of combined experience in the demolition and abatement industry. We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking to bring on a full-time administrator/office manager.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would be someone that possesses extreme ownership of their work, is very organized, has the ability to wear multiple hats, and be able to multitask while also staying on top of the daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

We are looking for someone that can help manage business development, preconstruction submittals, getting pre-qualified with new clients, request bid bonds, apply for and obtain permits, as well as a number of other supplemental administrative tasks. We are willing to train and assist the right person to achieve all of these goals but are looking for someone with some experience in these administrative areas. We strive for a positive culture that encourages excellence and personal growth.

Required Skills:

  • Quickbooks knowledge
  • Knowledge with working with CRM software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy (self-motivated)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team (independent thinker)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office & Construction software)
