Join us as a part-time Nursing Supervisor! We’re seeking someone vibrant and accountable to ensure our residents receive top-notch care. As the Nurse Manager, you'll lead the charge in coordinating care delivery and meeting our residents’ healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the nursing unit to provide quality resident care and optimal resource utilization.
• Implement and uphold organizational policies and procedures.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for nursing staff and CNAs on resident care.
• Collaborate with physicians and psychiatric services to tailor individualized care plans.
• Provide family support, education, and care participation alongside the Social Worker.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care in line with gerontological nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a state-accredited nursing program; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
• Licensure: Registered professional nurse currently licensed in the State of Connecticut.
• Experience: 1 year of supervision preferred, Knowledge of nursing processes and current medical trends; experience in interdisciplinary care planning conferences beneficial
