Trinity Health MI is Hiring a Registered Nurse RN - Emergency Department Near Howell, MI
Shift:12 Hour Night Shift
Description:Registered Nurse opportunity in the Emergency Department at Trinity Health Livingston in Howell, MI.
Full-Time benefited position scheduled 36 hours per week. Scheduled 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. with every other holiday and every third weekend rotation.
Trinity Health Livingston’s Emergency Department (ED) is available 24-hours a day, 365 days a year to care for minor illnesses/injuries, as well as major life-threatening, traumatic, medical and surgical problems. The Emergency Observation Unit monitors patients with cardiac and respiratory symptoms with specialized care. Practice in a department that is staffed with board-certified or board-eligible emergency physicians. The Registered Nurse Provides quality patient centered care considering age specific, developmental, cultural and spiritual needs through competent clinical practice and application of the nursing process. They consistently integrate concepts of relationship-based care into practice and serves as a clinical and educational resource to others on the unit.
Required Education, Experience And Certification/Licensure
- Current Michigan Nursing License
- Graduation from accredited nursing program: Effective January 1, 2013 all new hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five (5) years from date of hire.
