Reports to: Head of Les Enfants

Job Summary
The Les Enfants Admission Coordinator will serve as a full-time member of the
Admission Team and assist the Director of Enrollment Management in the School’s
efforts to successfully recruit and re-recruit students and families at Trinity’s Nursery and
Early Childhood program.

The Admission Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Les Enfants and works
closely with the Admissions team and Director of Enrollment Management. Work hours
are structured according to the school day, with arrival expected by 7:45 a.m. and
departure following afternoon duties at 3:30 p.m. Attendance at special events beyond
work hours is generally expected. Weekend assignments may also be scheduled. Work
hours during school holiday breaks and during the summer are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
but subject to adjustment with prior approval of the Head of School.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to telephone and email inquiries
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage tours of campus and official visits with
prospective students and families
  • Keep a shared admission calendar up to date and accurate
  • Assist in communication with prospective parents about application

requirements/completion

  • Coordinate admission open houses with teachers and the Director of Enrollment
Management
  • Work closely with the Registrar to maintain re-enrollment and new enrollment
contracts for admission and billing offices
  • Maintain the admission funnel; track statistics related to visits, applications, etc.
  • Manage online application system, process applications and materials
  • Prepare, maintain, and update admission files for prospective students
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to prepare admission information for
prospective families
  • Coordinate and organize student receptions and events
  • Exude a welcoming presence to all those who enter the Admission Office
  • Greet all applicant families
  • Manage the Les Enfants wait pool with ongoing communication with families
  • Assist in the revision of admission publications
  • Assist in planning and executing various open houses during the school year
  • Support the Head of Les Enfants and Les Enfants teachers as needed with

carpool, classroom assistance, supply orders, maintenance requests, event
planning, and emergency drills

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment Management,
Head of Les Enfants, or Head of School
  • Supports Trinity and its leadership
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing or education preferred
  • Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud products, particularly Enrollment Management, a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent record keeping skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other school personnel
  • Knowledge of the school community and/or New Orleans community and/or a

willingness to obtain this knowledge
