Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children in the early childhood classroom.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide individualized support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum plans.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress.
Experience:
- Minimum of [3] years of experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies and techniques.
- Strong understanding of classroom management techniques.
