Come join our dynamic In-Home Therapy program as a full-time Master’s level clinician, and work in a team with a Therapeutic Training and Support counselor serving at risk youth less than 21 years old and their families.

Services can be provided in the home, school, or community to respond directly to the family and youth’s needs in their own environment to expedite wellness and recovery with a strength-based model. This team base therapy approach teaches the youth and family coping, parenting, communication, connecting the family to the community resources, providing intensive family therapy with the goal of supporting the family to manage the youth’s behaviors and create a supportive home environment for all.

As a team, you will also coordinate care with outpatient therapists, psychiatrists, schools, DCF, and medical providers to ensure effective and progressive care. In addition, there are opportunities to work with individuals in our Home-Based Outpatient Therapy program as well, serving clients of all ages with challenges attending traditional clinic-based outpatient therapy treatment.

Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field (licensure not required but encouraged)

· Experience working with youth and families

· A valid Massachusetts driver’s license

· Daily access to a working, registered and insured vehicle (in your name)

· Excellent in both written and verbal communications.

· Ability to independently plan and organize one’s own schedule and activities.

· Knowledge of basic computer systems and an understanding of the internet

· Strong time management skills and organization skills.
