Job Summary

Looking for LVN with an interest in helping those who struggle with substance abuse disorder and want be part of a growing, substance abuse Facility.

LVN works closely with each of the Clients, Clinical and Medical staff, on an individual basis providing assistance in the areas of, medication observation and medical appointment scheduling, as well as overall client health.

Job Duties:

• Observation, documentation, audit functions, and record keeping of all observed/inventoried/destroyed/prescribed medications.
• Assessment of patients with undiagnosed or diagnosed conditions, and assisting in ascertaining clinical medication management with Medical Director.
• Observation, documentation, and record keeping of client health status.
• Works closely with Medical Director, Clinical Director, and Case Managers on client health status and presenting conditions.
• Manages complete Medication Observation Record Sheets and system.
• Set all medical appointments for clients including medical, dental, and psychiatric as needed.
• Education and counseling for clients and other organizational health care providers on optimal use of medicines (e.g., proper use, avoidance of over medication)
• Other miscellaneous job duties/functions apply

Requirements:

• LVN LICENSE
• Preferred 1 year of experience in substance abuse Detox, Pharmacy, Mental Health, or behavioral health services setting.
• Clean DMV record and/or in accordance with company insurance requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be open to evenings and weekends

Working days:

Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay:

VARY Depending on position offered (part time or full time)

less than one year experience start $28.00 per hour.

1 year or less than 2 years experience start $30.00 per hour.

2-5 years experience start $32.00 -$35.00 per hour

5 years to 7years and supervising others or managing detox facility start at $35.00 -$37.00 per hour

5 years plus knows how to create joint commisssion and DHCS detox and RTC policies and procedures and has successfuly passed 2 inspections with joint commission and DHCS with minimum of 3 years of supervision or management of residential detox or equivilant start pay is $ 37.00 per hour.
