Key Responsibilities: Leading day-to-day Operations at our client Processing Facility in Lancaster Responsible for managing inbound and outbound product flow and order fulfillment Inventory Management - data entry into our ERP, reconciling inventory with the state’s track-and-trace system, conducting cycle counts, researching and resolving discrepancies Cash Management - Receiving and applying payments towards sales and purchase orders. Handling and disbursing cash payments towards vendors and farms. Provide Operational support for Sales and Procurement Compliance - understanding and staying up-to-date with regulations including state, federal, local and cannabis-related regulations Transportation - Plans and dispatches vans/drivers based on sales and procurement needs. Scale our transportation team as needed. Record Retention - Organizes, files and retains required documents, audits and addresses any corrections needed Continuous Improvement - finds opportunities to improve the flow of operations within the facility and company, and implements policies/procedures where needed Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Operations Lead- This role is in a high-growth operation in one of the largest cannabis processing facilities in the state of California. We are wrapping up the end of the 2023 Harvest and implementing changes to prepare for the 2024 Harvest.

When the whole team is going at light speed, we are bound to make mistakes. We need someone who can identify issues early and nip them in the bud.

Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in operations, supply chain management, Inventory , or a related field
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and improving effeciencies

- Proficiency in using supply chain systems such as ERP/MRP
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data sets
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
