You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives aimed at advancing the greening of the grid. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and business experts to bring innovative concepts from ideation to commercialization. Your strategic mindset, leadership acumen, and technical savvy will be vital in ensuring the successful development and deployment of groundbreaking solutions.
You will report to our Vice President of Software Engineering and work with a distributed team of 20-30 software engineers, test engineers, and partner engineers in the US and offshore. You will also collaborate closely across the organization with our operations, business development, and executive teams.
This role can be successfully performed in Office-Based, Home-Based (US only), or Flex-Based work locations. You will work in a controlled office environment or from your Home-Based worksite, as well as virtually with your team members. This role requires occasional travel to our corporate headquarters in Folsom, CA, to client meetings, and to trade shows.

Pay Transparency
This announcement is open to Level III. The base pay range for this position is $101,400-$126,200 per year. This is an overtime Exempt position. Compensation is based on market rate, job level, job related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and certifications. This is a Full Time opportunity.
