Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION:Trim-A-Seal of Indiana, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our staff. The key responsibilities of this position will include scheduling, lead/customer management, data management, and providing quality/efficient customer service to our clients. The ideal person for this position should be willing to go the extra mile, and be part of a friendly office environment. Computer proficiency is necessary and above average tech skills are a huge plus.

RequirementsAt least 1-2 years of professional office environment experience
Can effectively communicate with principals and management of the company
Well versed in web based and Microsoft applications
Must possess good customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to work efficiently, in an organized fashion
Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Natural Customer service skills
Professional demeanor, particularly on the telephone
Ability to adapt quickly to an ever changing environment
